Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. All vintage items are final sale. Please remember that vintage clothing has been previously loved. Minor normal wear is often part of a piece's vintage charm. We have incredibly high standards of quality, and we meticulously inspect every piece multiple times for flaws. Any flaws beyond minor normal wear are noted in the item's description. All of our items arrive clean and ready to wear.
In the rare event that we have missed a flaw, please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. In this case, we will only accept a return on an item provided it still has our sales tags attached. So please inspect your items carefully prior to removing any tags. Returned items will be issued store credit.
Q: What do you consider normal wear for vintage clothing?
A. We consider normal wear to be minor wear that does not detract from the wearability of an item. This includes minor fading from age/washing, a few unnoticeable loose sequins/beads, or slight wear to edges on leather. What you will NOT find on our merchandise are seam separations, missing buttons, stains or other flaws that affect an item's wearability. We meticulously inspect every item stitch by stitch multiple times and have a professional seamstress repair any flaws such as loose seams or buttons to ensure the item is free from defects and will arrive completely ready to wear. Any flaws beyond minor normal wear are noted in the item's description.
Q: Are your items authentic vintage?
A. Yes! All of our items are authentic vintage pieces that are at least 20 years old. Any item that is not vintage will be clearly stated as such in the item's description.
Q: Do your items arrive ready to wear?
A. Absolutely. All of our items arrive clean and ready to wear.
Q: Do you offer promotional codes?
A: Yes, we periodically offer special promotional codes to our customers. Sign up for our email newsletter to receive store updates and promos, and check us out on facebook for daily store updates.
Q: I have a promo code. Where do I enter it to receive my discount?A: You can enter the promo code on the 3rd page of checkout, after entering your shipping and payment information. The promo code box is on the final page of the checkout process at the top of the page. All discounts will be applied once the code is entered prior to finalizing the order.
Q: Are accessories included?
A: No. Unless otherwise noted in the description, belts, slips and accessories used for styling purposes are not included with the item.
Q: How will I know if an item will fit?
A: We measure every item very carefully and include all measurements in the description. We also provide an estimated size, but as standardized sizing can vary please keep in mind that this is just an estimate. The best way to determine if an item will fit is to refer to the measurements provided. If the fabric has some stretch to it, we will include a range of measurements to represent both the unstretched measurement up to what the fabric will comfortably stretch. (For example, a bust measurement of 32" - 35" indicates the bust measures 32" unstretched and can accommodate up to 35" when stretched). If you have any questions about determining fit, just ask! A: To determine the approximate size of an item, we refer to the measurements provided in this chart. Please keep in mind that approximate sizes are just estimates. The best way to determine if an item will fit is to check the exact measurements provided in the description.

A: Yes, we are happy to offer layaway for purchases over $250.
